New Advanced Search Feature

The new search can be found in the side menu right below the home button. This will bring up a brand new view dedicated to searching and filtering files, folders, and projects.

Customized view

Sometimes you just want to find a specific set of files among a million assets. Our new search filters allow you to very specifically customize your search view. You can filter on status, bookmark, file type, projects, labels, and metadata. As an example for Film & TV, you can filter on metadata such as Scene, Shot, and Take to more easily find the right clips. It's also possible to set these filters as default options for the entire company.

Labels and Metadata

You can set labels and metadata to any file in the project view for future searches. This can be done on individual files or in bulk selection. You can also import metadata through XML files to reduce manual work! But fear not, the old search feature is still there, we just renamed it to "Quick search" and it functions the exact same way as before. Now you have two options for searching and filtering!
